Sameer Sethi MD

Sameer Sethi, MD, is an Emergency Medicine attending physician and Wilderness Medicine fellow at the University of Vermont as well as an Assistant Professor at the Larner College of Medicine. He grew up in Toronto, Canada, and discovered his love for the outdoors over time while moving around the world for school. He enjoys the highs (mountaineering) and lows (scuba diving) equally and jumps at the opportunity to learn any new skill that involves being outside. He has worked as an expedition physician for the Juneau Icefield Research Program in Alaska, a race physician for the Grand to Grand Ultra in Arizona/Utah, a high altitude physician on Mount Aconcagua in Argentina, and volunteers as a wilderness medicine instructor with Wild Med Adventures.
